Pas d'eau chaude, à peine tiède et le gérant de jour dit qu'il n'est pas au courant alors que celui de nuit, plus compatissant nous a signalé que la chaudière était vieille et que l'hôtel avait des problèmes d'eau chaude. A part ça, ça a été. Bon petit déjeuner et chambres correctes.

El día de la salida estuvimos durante 20 minutos encerrados dentro del hotel sin poder salir. Bajamos a la recepción a las 5:30 a.m. y no había nadie para atendernos y todas las puertas del hotel cerradas con llave. Estuvimos buscando a alguien y gritando por ayuda hasta que después de 20 minutos apareció el recepcionista muy muy borracho, a penas se tenía en pie, supongo que estaría durmiendo la borrachera en algún lado, pero de tanto ruido que hicimos seguro despertamos a algún huésped tambien.

Bagno piccolo senza piatto doccia con la tenda fastidiosa.
Posizione perfetta, vicino alla stazione, strategica per raggiungere Venezia e le altre città.

Sarebbe opportuno una verifica sulle funzionalità dei bagni prima di accogliere la clientela. Nel mio soggiorno all'Hotel Piave ho purtroppo constatato che lo scarico della doccia riceveva molto male e l'allagamento del bagno era sicuro. Per evitare l'allagamento della camera ho dovuto predisporre delle barriere con ascugamani debitamente arrotolati e posti a diga..... Insomma, non il massimo!!! Per il resto tutto OK. Personale...molto cortese e disponibile.

The personnel in service was very kind and went the extra mile to resolve all issues. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the hotel administration. I'd have enjoyed my stay if they would have left my room with the air on (summer heat warmed up the room to 88 degrees). It took a long time for it to cool down and I did not sleep good at all because of that.
