All the rooms have a colour satellite television, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with a shower. Rooms available: Double, Triple, Twin for single occupancy   Description of Bar/Restaurant Facilities The abbey has an intimate, elegant restaurant which seats up to 50 people. During the Summer, guests can dine outside under the stars. The restaurant serves traditional, local cuisine which has been imaginatively and originally updated with a modern twist. The delicious buffet breakfast includes typical Umbrian cold meats and cheeses as well as yoghurts, home-made jams, fruit juices, brioches, seasonal fruits and home-made cakes. All the restaurant's food is made with fresh, carefully selected ingredients. The bar is situated inside the building but also serves guests in the panoramic garden or the romantic cloisters.   Description of Conference and Meeting Facilities The Capitolo room is the largest meeting room in the abbey and can seat up to 60 people. It is equipped with a wall-mounted retractable screen, overhead projector, flipchart and videoprojector. Other equipment is also available on request. The abbey can also cater for coffee breaks and light lunches.   How to reach Abbazia San Pietro in Valle Other information about the location By car From the A1 Milano – Napoli motorway, take the exit for Orte and follow signs for Terni. Take the exit for Terni Est. Follow signs for Visso and Norcia, continue along the SS209 Valnerina for 20km, 3km after the town of Ferentillo, turn left following signs for “Abbazia San Pietro in Valle”. For those arriving from the E45 Ravenna – Cesena highway, take the exit for Assisi – Foligno and continue for approximately 60 km then take the exit for Norcia – Valnerina. At the end of the tunnel, follow signs for Scheggino – Terni and follow the SS209 state road to Valnerina for 10km. At Sambucheto turn right and follow signs for "Abbazia San Pietro in Valle". By train From Terni train station, take bus 21 for Ferentillo and then use the hotel transfer service (service available via pre booking a few days in advance).
