Bed And Breakfast La Giara, Nicolosi

The La Giara Bed & Breakfast is situated in a villa along the Viale della Regione road in Nicolosi, in a residential area a short walk from the ice rink and the historic city centre. From here guests can visit the Gole d'Alcantara and the cities of Taormina, Castelmola, Savoca, Tindari, Acicastello, Acitrezza, Catania, Caltagirone, Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa and Modica. For a bit of fun, the "Etnaland" water park - the biggest in southern Italy is nearby, there is also a zoo and a theme park for children and adults only a few kilometres from the hotel.

Guests have access to a large living room with a stove and a panoramic balcony with views over Etna, a convenient private car park, an Internet access point, organisation of nature and volcano tours up to 3000 metres above sea level, guided tours, food and wine tours, trekking, mountain biking snowboarding, alpine and downhill skiing in winter and car hire and transfers from Catania airport either by car or minibus.
