The 100 apartments are set in one block which includes 20,000 square metres of garden space, trees and plants which overlook the pools and / or the park.
Accommodation types:
-Basic three room apartment, 60 square metres which can sleep between 4 and 6 people, simply decorated on two floors, made up of living room with double sofabed, kitchenette, spiral staircase, double bedroom with air conditioning, colour television, shared barbeque where available (extra), twin room and bathroom with shower.
-Two room mini apartment, 30 square metres which sleep from 2 to 3 people made up of living room with ¾ size sofabed, kitchenette, double room, colour television, air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
Rooms available: Two-roomed apartment for 3 people, Three-roomed apartment for 6 people

The Residence has a self service bar with vending machines.
