By car
Guests arriving by car can park in one of the following car parks:
- Tronchetto Parking car park (on Tronchetto Island)
Go to the end of Ponte della Libertà (the bridge connecting Venice to the mainland) and turn right at the traffic light. Follow the signs for Tronchetto Island. From there you can reach the hotel by private water taxi (approx. 20 minutes) or on the number 82 public water bus (30-35 minutes). Get off at the San Zaccaria Monumento stop (from the San Zaccaria MONUMENTO landing place, cross the bridge on the left and take the first lane on the right, Calle delle Rasse).
- Garage Comunale and Garage San Marco car parks (Piazzale Roma)
To reach Piazzale Roma, go to the end of Ponte della Libertà (the bridge connecting Venice to the mainland) and go straight on at the traffic light. After the traffic light you will see the Garage Comunale car park (the first white multi-storey building on the right) followed by the Garage San Marco car park (straight after the right turn, the red building on the right hand side of the square). Hotel Ca' dei Conti can be reached by water taxi (approx. 20 minutes) or on the public water buses, number 1 (approx. 50 minutes) or number 51 (approx. 30 minutes) to San Zaccaria or the number 82 (approx. 40 minutes) to San Zaccaria MONUMENTO (from the San Zaccaria MONUMENTO landing, cross the bridge on the left and take the first lane on the right, Calle delle Rasse).

By train
From SANTA LUCIA train station you can reach Hotel Ca' dei Conti by private water taxi (approx. 20 minutes) or on the public water buses, number 1 (approx. 45 minutes) or number 51 (approx. 30 minutes) to San Zaccaria or the number 82 (approx. 35/40 minutes) to San Zaccaria MONUMENTO (from San Zaccaria MONUMENTO landing cross the bridge on the left and take the first lane on the right, Calle delle Rasse).
When you get off the water bus, proceed along Calle delle Rasse until you reach Campo San Filippo e Giacomo, take the lane on the right, Calle Sacrestia, then turn left before the bridge into Calle di fianco alla Chiesa, go past the porch on the right and you will find yourself in front of the hotel.

By air
Venice Marco Polo International Airport is about 10 kilometres away from Venice. The hotel can be reached by taking a private water taxi to the old city (journey time 30 minutes); you can ask the taxi driver to stop at one of two places: Campo Querini Stampalia, just 1 minute away from the hotel (from there cross the bridge and proceed along Fondamenta del Remedio), or Ponte della Canonica bridge, 2 minutes away from the hotel, from there take the lane on the right (do not cross the bridge) until reaching Campo San Filippo e Giacomo, then take the lane at the end on the left, Calle Sacrestia, turn left before the bridge into Calle di fianco alla Chiesa, go past the porch on the right and you will find yourself in front of the hotel. Motorboat shuttle services also run to Venice with departures every hour (journey time 1 hour and 10 minutes with stops at Murano and Lido di Venezia before reaching the terminal at San Marco). From the landing you can reach the hotel in just a few minutes, turning right and following the banks of the canal; cross the Ponte della Paglia bridge and take the second lane on the left, Calle delle Rasse.

No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival.
In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided.
No advance payment required, this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
