The hotel has 30 rooms of various types:
- 24 double rooms including some Superior rooms with an en-suite bathroom and the possibility to add an extra bed;
- 5 single rooms including 3 with an en-suite bathroom;
- 1 Suite with a double bed and a sofa-bed.
All of the rooms are furnished in 18th-century Venetian style and have beds with padded headboards, wooden and lacquered furniture and damask upholstery.

Reaching Venice by car, it is possible to park at Tronchetto or Piazzale Roma and then take the number 1 or number 82 water bus to the "Rialto" stop. From "Rialto" take Riva del Carbon until you reach the crossroads with Calle Cavalli on the left. Go to the end of the Calle to Campo Manin. By train
From Venice train station, take the number 1 or number 82 water bus to "Rialto". From "Rialto" take Riva del Carbon until you reach the crossroads with Calle Cavalli on the left. By air
From Venice "Marco Polo" airport you can reach the hotel in various ways:
- Alilaguna motorboat to San Marco, “Vallaresso” stop. Take Calle Vallaresso e le Frezzerie to the crossroads with Calle dei Fuseri. Turn into Calle dei Fuseri and continue to the crossroads with Calle della Vida o delle Locande: the hotel is at number 4297/A.
- "Venezia Air Terminal" bus to Piazzale Roma. Take the number 1 or number 82 water bus to "Rialto". From "Rialto" take Riva del Carbon until you reach the crossroads with Calle Cavalli on the left. Go to the end of the Calle to Campo Manin. Hotel Centauro is located in Calle della Vida o delle Locande, close to the famous Scala Contarini del Bovolo.
