The hotel has double and triple bedrooms as well as Duplex rooms (with 2 adjoining bedrooms) for 4 guests, ideal for families.
Decorated in a fresh and modern style, the guest rooms are equipped with a telephone, satellite colour television, a minibar, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a terrace or balcony with a clothes drying rack, a table with chairs, and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.
Check-in begins at 13:00, and guests must check out by 11:00.

The island of Vulcano can be reached year round by the ferryboat and hydrofoil boat shuttles from various ports:
- From Milazzo, there are ferryboats operated by Siremar, N.G.I. and USTICA lines.
- From Reggio Calabria and Messina, hydrofoil boats are operated by USTICA lines year round (two trips daily during the winter, more during the summer).
- From Naples, Siremar boats run year round (two trips daily during the winter and up to 6 trips weekly during the summer), and hydrofoil boats are run by USTICA lines and SNAV during the summer with one or two trips daily.
- From Palermo and Cefalù, hydrofoil boats are run by USTICA lines during the summer with one or two trips daily. During the winter, there are three trips a week.
By plane
- From Stretto di Reggio Calabria Airport, a bus is available to Messina. From Messina, take the USTICA lines hydrofoil boat to Vulcano.
- From Catania - Fontanarossa International Airport, a Giunta Bus shuttle is available to the port of Milazzo from June to September run by Siremar and Ustica Lines.
No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
