L'Hotel Monte Rosa è situato nel centro storico di Chiavari a pochi passi dalla shopping area porticata e a 10 minuti dalla passeggiata mare.
Grazie alla sua posizione di assoluto prestigio, la struttura si trova al centro di una zona ricca di bellezze naturalistiche, dalle incontaminate Cinque Terre alle splendide cittadine di Portofino, Sestri Levante, Santa Margherita Ligure, Camogli e a 35 km da Genova.
Nel 2011 è stata rinnovata tutta la Hall con un'ampia zona relax, la "Sala Portici" per meeting e conferenze, ed è stata introdotta l'aria condizionata in tutto il piano e nel 90% delle stanze.
Nello stesso anno è stata inaugurata la piscina all'aperto con lettini idromassaggio e zona più bassa per i bimbi, una vasca idromassaggio riscaldata per 8 persone e un'ampia zona solarium.
