The Hotel Palazzo Guadagni is found in the historic centre of Florence on the Oltrarno in Piazza Santo Spirito, one of the most beautiful piazzas in the city. This hotel is just a short distance from Palazzo Pitti and the Boboli Gardens, a neighbourhood rich in antique stores, historic workshops and artisan craftsmen.
The guest rooms are spacious and rich in atmosphere and are located in Palazzo Guadagni, which was designed by Simone del Pollaiolo in 1505.
The excellent location of this historic building on the Oltrarno is enhanced by a beautiful veranda that overlooks the Torre di Bellosguardo, the Boboli Gardens and the Basilica of Santo Spirito.
With a spacious area of 100 square metres, a lovely panoramic view, comfortable sofas and arm chairs and convenient WiFi internet access, the roof garden combines the pleasant atmosphere of a wine bar with the comforts of a three star hotel.

The Hotel Palazzo Guadagni emanates an authentic historic atmosphere of a Florentine noble residence in the lounges and in the luminous guest rooms decorated with period furnishings.

The guest rooms are different sizes and are all uniquely decorated. They have satellite colour television, air conditioning, a minibar, WiFi internet access and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub or shower and a hairdryer.
Some of the guest rooms have frescoed ceilings or an historic fireplace and a lovely view that overlooks the Basilica and Piazza di Santo Spirito, Palazzo Pitti, the Duomo of Florence and the Palazzo Vecchio.

By car

From the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway coming from Bologna or Rome, take the Firenze - Impruneta exit and head towards Firenze Centro until reaching Porta Romana. Go past the city doors and through the cameras monitoring the ZTL (limited traffic area). Head along Via Romana for around 800m until reaching Piazza San Felice. Turn left onto Via Mazzetta and Piazza Santo Spirito is located 100m away.
The hotel is found at street number 9 in the Piazza.

By train

From Florence Santa Maria Novella station, take a taxi or the Linea C bus to the Coverelli Lungarno Guicciardini stop (about 10 minutes away). The hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the stop in Piazza Santo Spirito.

By plane

From Florence Airport, take a taxi or the shuttle bus to Florence Santa Maria Novella Station (about a 20 minute trip) and then follow the directions above.
