The Hotel Ristorante La Cascina is located a mere 2 km from the centre of Campobasso in a splendid panoramic position with respect to the Mountainous Mass of the Matese, where at a distance of just 30 km is the well known skiing resort of Campitello Matese. The accommodation complex is well connected to villages in the immediate vicinity that are renowned for their artistic and natural attractions, 15 km from the community of Guardiaregia with the famous WWF natural sanctuary and 40 km from the natural sanctuary of the LIPU.
Renovated in 2006, the Hotel Ristorante La Cascina offers its clientele a familiar atmosphere that is warm and inviting, large climate controlled rooms with en-suite bathroom, 2 restaurants (one of which is reserved for banquets and parties), Breakfast Room, TV Room, Bar, small playground for children, a park equipped with an “outdoor fitness course” and benches, 2 large enclosed car parks that are secured at night (one of which can accommodate large dimension motor vehicles).
The structure is served by urban bus service (with a stop in front of the hotel entrance) and provides a complimentary shuttle service for clients with 4 daily routes.
Those that appreciate sports can enjoy Campitello Matese and Capracotta, while those who are passionate about culture and history can visit the centres of Altilia, Pietrabbondante, Agnone, Ferrazzano, Tufara, Gambatesa, and Riccia.
