By train

From the train station and from Piazzale Roma, take the number 2 water bus towards San Zaccaria, getting off at "San Basilio". Proceed along Calle del Vento to the second bridge on the left. Cross the bridge and proceed to the church of San Sebastiano. Proceed behind the church and cross Campazzo San Sebastiano. Go to the church of Angelo Raffaele on the right at the end of the “Campo”, cross the “Ponte del Cristo” bridge and turn left along Fondamenta Barbarigo. The hotel is in the third “calle” on the right, called Calle Rielo, close to Rio delle Terese.

Alternatively, in about 20 minutes on foot, from Piazzale Roma, take Fondamenta Tre Ponti (where Hotel Arlecchino is located) and proceed to the crossroads with Fondamenta delle Procuratie on the right. Go to the end of Fondamenta delle Procuratie and cross a small wooden bridge that leads to Calle della Madonna. Cross this calle and turn left into Fondamenta dell’Arzere. Go to the end of Fondamenta dell’Arzere and turn right into Fondamenta Barbarigo. The second road on the right is Calle Rielo.

By air

From Venice "Marco Polo" international airport take the number 5 bus to Piazzale Roma.

No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival.
