Guests that have selected the pre-paid tariff who require an invoice, are invited to register all their company details in the notes section of the booking. If this information is not registered, a fiscal receipt will be generated in the name of the person whose name the booking is in.
The hotel offers a transfer service from 17:30 to 01:30 and from 05:30 to 13:30 (during other times, pre booking is required) with two free trips to Malpensa per room, per stay included in the price. For guests that require supplementary trips, an extra 10 Euros per trip per room will be added.
Guests are invited to contact the hotel once they arrive at the airport, the shuttle bus will arrive in a few minutes for pick up at the designated meeting point in Terminal 1 - outside Exit 6 and Terminal 2 - in front of the "farmacia" (chemist).
When guests check in, they can book their return shuttle service.
Parking is free for the duration of the stay. If additional parking is required for a time longer than the booking, there will be an additional charge of 4 Euros per car per day applied.

The "Oca Nera" restaurant provides an elegant, refined atmosphere serving traditional cuisine, also perfect for receptions, meetings and special occasions. The restaurant is open every day from 12:00 to 14:30 and from 19:00 to 22:30.
From Milan
Take the A8 motorway to the Busto Arsizio – Malpensa exit. Continue along the SS 336 state road to the Oleggio exit.
From Milan Malpensa Airport
Head towards Novara/A4/Torino - Milano and take the SS 336 state road towards Torino.
Take the Oleggio exit and at the traffic circle, take the SP527 Strada Statale Bustese provincial road; continue to the first exit for Via Gallaratese/SS527 state road.
From here, head along Via Gallarate until reaching the hotel.
From Turin
Take the A4 Torino – Trieste motorway to the Novara exit.
Follow the SS 32 state road towards Oleggio and from here, follow the directions above.
By train
From Milan Station, take the Malpensa Express train to Milan Malpensa Airport; from here, there is a shuttle service to the hotel available for a fee.
From Novara Station, a shuttle service to the hotel is available for a fee.
By plane
The local airport is Milan Malpensa International Airport.
No cancellation penalties will be charged if notification is given at least 2 days prior to arrival. In case of cancellations made after this date or no-shows, the first night will be charged to the credit card provided. No advance payment required; this room will be paid for directly at the hotel.
