The Oasis B&B and Residence is the perfect choice for a holiday in Venice Lido, the small island across from the dock of Saint Mark.
Located in an elegant building, the Oasis B&B and Residence is open all year and excellent connections by steamboat and public transit to Saint Mark’s square, the Biennale and the convention centre.

The guest rooms are elegant and comfortable, while the apartments include all the standard comforts or a residence to ensure the complete autonomy of guests throughout their stay.

Upon request, guests can enjoy umbrella rental service on the beach, bicycles, fax service, and assistance by multilingual staff.

Cleaning service is carried out daily in the B&B and weekly in the apartments (towels are changed every 3 days).

The Oasis B&B and Residence is the perfect place to enjoy an elegant and comfortable holiday while taking in a breathtaking view of the lagoon.
Guests can easily park across from the B&B on the public street.

This B&B is located 5km away from the Cà del Moro swimming pool (private club) with a small coffee/restaurant with special rates (€ 20 per day).

"Venezia Spiagge", just 300m away, this beach has umbrellas and sunbeds that can be booked for daily or weekly stays. The cost of an umbrella with a sunbed is € 15.70 per day; in high season, an additional fee of € 9.20 applies for an additional bed.

Please note that the Oasis B&B and Residence is only available for stays of at least two nights.

Additional Information about the Rooms

All of the rooms include air conditioning and heating, a safety deposit box, satellite colour television, a washing machine, a kettle, a toaster, a minibar/refrigerator, WiFi internet access, towels and sheets.

Cleaning service in the B&B is carried out daily; in the apartments, it is carried out weekly (towels are changed every three days).

- The Suite Roof Garden has a lovely view of the lagoon and includes a delicious continental breakfast.
The bathroom is next to the bedroom and includes a massage shower and is available exclusively for guests.
This suite cannot accommodate children.

- Green Garden Apartment for two people (50 square metres) consisting of a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a living room and a furnished garden.
Breakfast is not available.

- Green Garden Apartment for four people (50 square metres) consisting of a double bedroom, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a living room with two comfortable sofa beds and a furnished garden.
Breakfast is not available.

- Top Garden Apartment for four people (90 square metres) located on the first floor with a lovely view of the garden. It consists of a private entrance, a double bedroom, two bedrooms with a single bed, a living room with a small balcony, a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower and a lift.

- White Garden Apartment for five people (80 square metres) consisting of two double bedrooms, a single room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a living room and a furnished garden.
Breakfast is not available.

- Blue Lagoon Apartment for six people (100 square metres) with a lovely view of the lagoon located on the second floor with a lift. It consists of an entranceway, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with bunk beds, two bathrooms, a kitchen and a living room.

Description of Bar/Restaurant Facilities

Guests can take advantage of special rates with La Battigia Trattoria, where they can enjoy typical family cuisine with Venetian specialities.

Guests can enjoy menus of fish or meat for a fixed price of € 30, excluding beverages.

How to reach Oasis B&B e Residence

Other information about the location

By car

Venice can be reached by taking the motorway connections from the A4 coming from Trieste and Turin, from the A27 coming from Belluno, and from the A13 coming from Bologna.

Follow the signs for Venezia Lido, and upon reaching the lagoon, cross Ponte della Libertà (a long, two-lane road that connects Venice to the mainland) and follow the directions for FERRY BOAT (line 17), which allows passengers to board with their vehicle.
Guests are advised to take the ferryboat because it allows them to park close to the B&B without worrying about their luggage.

For those who do not wish to board with their car, a number of parking garages are available:
- Parcheggio del Tronchetto, at the end of Ponte della Libertà.
- Parking in Piazzale Roma, or Parcheggio San Marco (normally used for daily parking),
- the municipal parking lot for stays of 24 hours.

From Piazzale Roma, take the number 1, 51, 61, N (Night) public transit lines operated by the ACTV company to the Lido dock (S.M. Elisabetta).
Guests are advised to take Line 51 (which takes 35 minutes) for a cost of € 6.
Upon reaching Lido, take a private taxi or the bus to San Nicolò (A line) for one stop.
Alternatively, continue on foot from Lido, turn left and walk for approximately 600m along the lagoon until reaching the entrance to the B&B on the right.

By train

Venice Santa Lucia Station is located in the immediate vicinity of Piazzale Roma.

By plane

- From Venice Marco Polo Airport, take the Alilaguna shuttle, which goes directly to San Nicolò dock in Lido in 55 minutes. The ticket to Lido costs € 12 (S.M. Elisabetta) and can be purchased on board for a small additional fee. Departures are every half hour.

Alternatively, from the airport take a private water taxi or the buses operated by the ACTV or ATVO lines to Piazzale Roma.
From Piazzale Roma, take the public motorboat to Lido.

- From Treviso Antonio Canova Airport, there are buses available directly to Venice – Piazzale Roma.
