The residence has one-, two- and three-room apartments that have been completely renovated:
- A3 Superior: one-room apartment with a hideaway double bed/twin beds + hideaway single bed, a fully equipped separate kitchenette, a balcony with chairs and an umbrella, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a colour television, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
- B4 Superior Gardenia: two-room apartment in the outbuilding (50m from the main building in the park) that was recently renovated consisting of an entranceway, a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two, a fully equipped separate kitchenette, a balcony with chairs and umbrellas or a raised level with direct access to the garden, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a colour television, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower.
- B5 Superior Gardenia: two-room apartment in the outbuilding (50m from the main building in the park) that was recently renovated consisting of an entranceway, a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed for two + an armchair bed, a fully equipped separate kitchenette, a balcony with chairs and umbrellas or a raised level with direct access to the garden, air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a colour television, a telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

From the A10 Genova – Ventimiglia motorway, take the Borghetto Santo Spirito exit and take Via Aurelia heading towards Ceriale. At the third traffic circle (with the fountain) enter Ceriale and turn right.
The residence is located after 50m on the left.
