The guest rooms are spacious and luminous, and some have a furnished terrace overlooking the sea or the rolling hillside.
- There are seven Suites with a living room, a double bedroom, a kitchenette and two en suite bathrooms.
- There are 40 Double bedrooms equipped with air conditioning, satellite colour television, a safety deposit box, a minibar, a direct dial telephone, internet access, and an en suite bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries.

From the A12 Genova – Roma motorway, take the Carrodano – Levanto exit and follow the directions for Levanto.
Take Corso Roma towards Bonassola and after around 1km, at the Convento della Santissima Annunziata, head towards Dosso and Lavaggiorosso, where the hotel is found 100m ahead on the right.
