Relais Angimbè Segesta (Trapani)

The Relais has 15 romantic guest rooms decorated in Luigi Filippo style surrounded by the colours and fragrances of Sicilian nature.
Including spacious areas and modern comforts, the rooms are equipped with a colour television, a direct dial telephone, a minibar, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a hairdryer.

The jewel of the Angimbè, the Suite, has a Jacuzzi tub and a private terrace.

Il Carrubo restaurant offers a delicious menu that reflects the history of Sicily, interpreting Mediterranean recipes, traditions and flavours with style.
Angimbè’s kitchen highlights taste and quality through a constant search for authentic products and careful attention paid to the coupling of fine wines with exquisite gastronomy.
The restaurant is closed on Mondays, and seasonally from 4 January, 2010 to 5 March, 2010.

The heart of the Relais Angimbè is the Laboratorio del Gusto, a welcoming tasting room where guests can sample sweet and savoury preserves, meats and cheeses, rosolio and reserve wines, as well as fish and tuna products to introduce gourmet flavours and the excellent gastronomic tradition of Sicily.

The Caffè Letterario and La Stallotta Wine Bar are found in the most peaceful area of the Relais and are cultural areas for relaxation and meditation where exchanges, literary events and presentations connected to the theme of Sicilian gastronomy take place.

The Relais also organises professional training workshops for those with a passion for the industry or for those who simply wish to explore the culture of beverages and bartending, from cocktails to wine, from coffee to the magical world of hot chocolate.
