The Venezia Residence has tourist apartments located in various areas throughout the city of Venice: in the refined San Marco district, close to the Ca' D'Oro, in the university district, and the district of Goldoni, a short distance from the Riva degli Schiavoni, between the narrow streets and churches that recall the ancient history of Venice.

The apartments of the Venezia Residence are classified as first category by the Province of Venice: all include a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and can accommodate a minimum of 1-2 people and a maximum of 6 people.

Some apartments have a garden or a terrace while others have a marvellous view overlooking the canal.

The Venezia Residence has tourist apartments located in various areas throughout the city.

S.MARCO
The San Marco District is the most elegant area in the city of Venice.
The apartments of the Venezia Residence are located on Calle dei Fuseri, which is 5 minutes away from Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge. Typical narrow passageways and small piazzas of rare beauty that are rich with boutiques, shops filled with handcrafted goods, and typical taverns and refined restaurants are located nearby.
There are two apartments available in this area for guests wishing to stay in the heart of Venice in a refined and luxurious environment.
Both of the apartments are located on the 3rd floor of a small antique building equipped with a lift: the largest apartment has two double rooms with a bathroom, a large living area with a kitchen, a dining area and sofas. Furthermore, the apartment has a small panoramic terrace with a lovely panoramic view of the canal.

The smaller apartment is a one-room flat ideal for a couple that would like to spend a romantic holiday in the city of Venice.

FURLANI
The Furlani District was once the most cosmopolitan area of Venice when craftsmen, sailors and merchants from around the world were active and numerous communities throughout the city.
The apartments of the Venezia Residence are located near the Grand School of San Giorgio degli Schiavoni, which conserves the splendid textiles of Carpaccio, and 5 minutes away from the Riva degli Schiavoni, the San Zaccaria Church, the Church of the Greci and the steamboat piers.
The Venezia Residence has one apartment in this area that is a splendid mansard able to accommodate up to 6 people and is characterised by exposed beams windows overlooking the rooftops of Venice; the other charming apartment is for four people and also has exposed beams.
The mansard is divided among two floors and is equipped with a living room with a kitchenette, a dining area and a sofa, two double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and a bathroom.

The smaller apartment has a double room, a sofa bed in the living area, a kitchen and a bathroom.

S. CROCE
This is one of the smallest neighbourhoods of Venice, crossed by the picturesque narrow streets and small piazzas that are convenient for reaching the train station, Piazzale Roma, the bus terminal and the shuttle service for the airports.
The faculties for the University of Venice are located in this area.
The vacation apartments of the Venezia Residence are located on Rio Marin in a complex facing a private courtyard, and are situated on the ground floor. Some apartments feature a small garden.
The apartments include a bathroom, satellite TV, air conditioning and have a capacity of 2 to 6 people.
Small pets are permitted in these apartments.

CA' D'ORO
The Strada Nova, which runs from the train station to the Rialto, is located in this district and features merchant stands filled with local market produce, fish shops with freshly caught fish, taverns, and stores with handcrafted products.
The Venezia Residence apartment available in this area is located on Calle della Racchetta, extremely close to the Ca' D'oro, the most beautiful Gothic palace in all of Venice, and the Ca' Vendramin Calergi, where the Venice Casino is located.
This is a small apartment that can accommodate two guests in a spacious living area with a sofa bed and is equipped with a kitchen and bathroom. The entrance is located on the ground floor within a courtyard: this option is recommended for a young couple or friends.

In all apartments, the kitchens are equipped with kitchenware and the price includes sheets, towels, final cleaning and the utility fees (water, lights and gas).
Small pets are only permitted in the S. Croce apartments.
