The bungalows have 2 bedrooms, a double and a twin, and have a full kitchen, a colour TV, air-conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle.
The newly built mobile homes, sleeping 4/5 people, are surrounded by the green pinewood.
Every home has a private garden and its own parking place in the private car park.

The holiday village has a large, well-stocked bar that will satisfy every need and becomes a pleasant meeting point between activities.
The village also has a restaurant and every week the staff organise a "Rustida di pesce" (fish barbecue) by the pool, prepared by a pair of "special" sailors.
“A14 Adriatica” motorway, “Cattolica” exit; turn right at the roundabout and continue towards Riccione on the “SS16 Adriatica” road. After about 3-4 km, turn left at the first traffic light towards the “Autodromo Santa Monica” circuit. Continue for about 600 metres; the holiday village is on the left.

- Rimini - Miramare "Federico Fellini" airport;
- Bologna "Guglielmo Marconi" airport.
Bus services to the respective train stations are available from both airports.
