Having stayed in many hotels both in Italy and elsewhere, I do not rate the room de luxe, it would rate standard. The web site is misleading, the photo has been taken from a flat roof opposite to give a false impression that the hotel is on the front with uninterrupted views, it is also a steep walk up from the road. It costs 15 euros for a taxi from the station. An hotel of this rating should have a shuttle. The staff were helpful and pleasant but not always organised, one night the menu stated halibut which we ordered [along with several other guests] , we were served swordfish with no explanation, when I complained we were then told they had run out of halibut. At my request it was changed. This is a 4 star hotel!

Professionalità, disponibilità e cortesia da parte di tutto lo staff.
Ambienti molto puliti, sia quelli comuni che le camere.

Ausstattung des Hotels sehr gut. Service des Personales schlecht, vor allem bei Vergleich mit der Zeit vor Übernahme durch Framon. Sprechen kaum bzw. schlecht die deutsche und englische Sprache (obwohl damit im Internet und in den Katalogen geworben wird). Als Gast habe ich das Gefühl, man hat es nicht nötig sich um ihn zu kümmern. Liegt es vielleicht am Einzug des Massentourismus? Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels der Umgebung sollten Sie das Personal besser aussuchen bzw. ausbilden. Eigentlich schade bei der Ausstattung und vor allem der Lage Ihres Hauses.
