Pas d'eau chaude, chambre glacée. Le quartier de l'hôtel est mal fréquenté. Personnel de l’hôtel à la réception très agressif. Petit déjeuner quasi inexistant. L'utilisation du wi-fi doit se faire devant le personnel à la réception!
We chose Hotel Bristol for the price and closeness to metro. However, because it was our of normal fare limit, we had to pay more for the metro. Hotel itself was average, small reception area, only 3 chairs for computer browsers, Wi-Fi only in the lobby during our stay. Breakfast was extremely basic, no bread, cheese, ham,egg, etc. Room was also basic, beds though were not bad. Flat screen TV was a luxury in there, as was in-room bathroom, although even that was basic, no soap, blocked sink and damp. No wake-up calls, no phone. As a conclusion, average room not bad for the price we paid, but we won't stay there again.
I think the hotel was OK, I have no big reproaches. The only thing was that there was no air conditioning but only a fan. The breakfast was no good, I have stayed in many not very expensive hotels all over Europe and everywhere was fresh food. But mainly I was very disappointed that the receptionist did not speak English well, this is I believe what should be improve the most. Otherwise we were pretty satisfied.
