Pas d'eau chaude pour la douche la plupart du temps, pas de chauffage dans la chambre, serviettes de toilette pas remplacées et pas de ménage dans la chambre pendant le séjour., mauvaise isolation phonique : on entendait tout de la chambre voisine.
