This hotel doesn't have the elevator and this is not good for a senior person. We need to take a lot of stairs. The hotel didn't want to change us to the first floor. Expensive in comparison with Rome, Mestre and Venice.
Found the hotel itself very basic but satisfactory in and of itself for the price. Unfortunately, the room fronted on an extremely noisy street [all night long] and that combined with the very hard mattress and flimsy pillow made for very little sleep. Although it was clean and the staff friendly, I would never stay here again nor recommend it to others.
Gros problème d'insonorisation: bruit généré par un restaurant en dessous, gênant le soir et une partie de la nuit (interpellation entre serveurs, choc du matériel de vaisselle etc...).
Personnel accueillant et sympatique parlant un bon français, mais peu présent.
Nous avons apprécié la proximité des lieux près des principaux sites touristiques. Nous avons fini par comprendre les instructions pour récupérer les clefs. Le seul désagrément: le bruit le soir. Même avec les volets fermés, c'est une rue passante et bruyante.
Non ho trovato corrispondenza sulla camera pubblicizzata con quella datomi. Le scale interne al cortile sono al buio e ripide. (per una persona che ha problemi di deambulazione non e' certo il massimo, senza ascensore). La notte non rimane nessuno a vigilare, vengono consegnate le chiavi di accesso alle persone che soggiornano.
Nous sommes arrivés vers 18h tout était fermé, il a fallu aller dans un autre hôtel (d'ailleurs pas évident à trouver) pour récupérer la clé de l'hotel. Nous étions livrés à nous même. Heureusement qu'il était en promo!
