J'avais réservé deux chambres, mais à l'arrivée, il n'y avait qu'une chambre disponible. Heureusement les filles ont été très sympa et ont trouvé immédiatement un autre hôtel tout prés à Piazza Archimede pour ma fille Désirée qui a été très contente. Notre séjour à Syracuse était parfait et le resto conseille' par vous tout prés de l'hôtel était très bon. Dommage qu' il faille laisser la voiture un peu loin, mais c'est si beau de marcher dans Ortygia, qu'on n' y pense pas. En outre la navette gratis qui va au parking est très efficace et rapide. Merci, nous reviendrons volontiers.
Gros problème pour arriver en voiture jusqu'à l'hotel et pour y déposer les valises. En plus, il faut aller dans un parking public situé à 1 km. Surveillance, peur pour les dégâts potentiel. Autrement, logement top et personnel très aimable.

She did everything to help us beyond the usual hotel service, and made our stay in Siracusa very pleasant.
Parking place is not included in the price. I was directed to the public parking and spent quite a long time looking for a place. And of course I had to pay extra money for it.
Struttura recentemente rinnovata, peccato si affacci su abitazioni diroccate, a colazione brioches totalmente da dimenticare. Inoltre dopo la pulizia delle camere non veniva mai lasciata la carta igienica e le saponette in bagno, costringendoci ogni volta a rivolgersi alla reception. Molto gentili le ragazze della reception.
Il personale è stato particolarmente accogliente e squisito.
Alla proprietà dell'hotel consigliamo in inverno di dotare i bagni di riscaldamento elettrico.
Unica nota dolente i succhi di frutta della colazione, fatti con polverine, imbevibili.
Consiglio a tutti di andarci.
Overall the cleanliness and facilities were fine. The bed provided had a low quality cheap matrass which was not convenient to sleep in. Your core business is to provide a bed to people that want to sleep. You should purchase first class beds. Everything else in the hotel was fine and the staff were excellent.
