Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per circa 15 minuti.
Non appena arrivata alla stazione Termini, mi sono ritrovata in una zona degradata e mal frequentata. Al mio arrivo al Montreal mi sono subito resa conto di aver sbagliato a selezionare l'albergo, la stanza era buia e non corrispondeva alle foto. Mi hanno dato credo una delle stanze peggiori: il wc non era igienizzato e lavandino, bidet e doccia avevano i tappi arrugginiti con catenella nelle stesse condizioni. Il mobilio era vecchio e deprimente. Il personale mi ha gentilmente fatto visionare altre stanze, sicuramente migliori, ma ero delusa e non volevo stare in quella brutta zona. Mi hanno fatto pagare anche la prima notte nonostante sia rimasta davvero pochi minuti per prendere coraggio e andarmene!

La comida no era un buffet tal cual nosotros estamos acostumbrados; no había fruta, no había embutidos; se basa en pan, bollería, café con leche, yogurt y cereales.
El croissant era empaquetado y el pan no parecía del día.
El secador del baño no funcionaba, las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias.
Fuí un día a mandar un correo por internet y en principio, el conserje nos dijo que nos fuéramos que no funcionaba, por nuestra insistencia nos quedamos a ver que pasaba y nos funcionó, aunque muy lento. Donde estaba el ordenador apenas se veía, muy poca luz por la noche.
Desde luego no tiene nada que ver con un hotel de esas estrellas en España, es similar a un hostal de 3 estrellas en España. Un hotel de 3 estrellas en España es de lujo.
La tina del baño estaba deteriorada y el mobiliario de la habitación muy antiguo.
La TV de tamaño mínimo.
Precio excesivo para lo que ofrece.
El jardín parecía un cuchitril y el comedor muy pequeño con mesas pequeñas
