La valutazione generale è "buona" in quanto si tratta pur sempre di un Hotel a tre stelle, e per chi come noi, ha l'abitudine di viaggiare e visitare le città non serve alberghi lussuosi ma hotel puliti e ospitali. Ci siamo trovati bene e lo sceglieremo per un prossimo ritorno sul lago di Como - Lecco.

Ho trascorso una nottata d'"inferno" causa il condizionatore che dal soffitto si è messo a "gocciolare" a intervalli di 2 secondi (dalle 4 del mattino a quando me se sono andato!), con rumore di gocce d'acqua che da 3 metri circa scendevano su un pavimento di legno!!
Al mattino il portiere alla mia osservazione mi ha risposto desolato che il problema in effetti sussisteva da qualche giorno!!
Scusandosi mi ha abbonato semplicemente una bibita consumata dal minibar...
Grazie per avermi consentito di esporre il problema
