100% of customers would book Hotel San Francesco Al Monte again
Da migliorare il servizio di prima colazione. Un albergo di questo livello secondo me non dovrebbe servire la prima colazione con tovaglioli di carta. Nel buffet mancavano: prosciutto crudo e mozzarella. A Napoli, anche a colazione, secondo me non dovrebbe mancare un piatto con una bella caprese!

L'hôtel est magnifique et nous avons profité de la terrasse pour admirer le magnifique panorama sur la baie de Naples et le Vésuve. Les 2 terrasses, bar, restaurant et piscine sont superbes, fleuries et bien aménagées. La chambre était propre mais les toilettes étaient
très abîmées, indignes dans un hôtel de cette catégorie. La climatisation est très bruyante mais on s'habitue. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. L'environnement de l'hôtel est très moyen mais on accède facilement au centre ville par le funiculaire après quelques minutes de marche. La décoration de l'hôtel est un ravissement et il faut prendre le temps de visiter l'ensemble du bâtiment. Le personnel est accueillant mais nous l'avons peu sollicité.
