The hotel was 30 min outside Bergamo, and the last bus left at 20.35. So we ended up spending a lot of money on taxi.
In the hotel there was only one person that spoke English ! But he, Jean Georges, was on the other hand VERY helpful ;)
The rooms was very delicate and stylish. But we run out of toiletpaper...Not very nice to find out late at night ;(

Il mio rapporto con il vostro hotel è stato pessimo, per non dire di peggio : un nostro tecnico con tanto di numero di prenotazione si e' presentato al vostro hotel nella notte del giorno del 02-10-2007 e si è visto negare la stanza con una leggerezza professionale da parte vostra impressionante.
All'atto della prenotazione era stato dichiarato che il tecnico sarebbe arrivato nella notte causa l'orario del volo, quindi avevamo ricevuto una doppia conferma di disponibilità.
Per quanto mi riguarda termina qui, senza essere mai iniziato, ogni rapporto con voi.
