Specifico che era inizio aprile e l'hotel era quasi vuoto, avrebbero potuto aspettare mezz'ora, o almeno scusarsi, non è stato professionale. Los pasillos que dan a las habitaciones, no tenian luz fija y era una odisea para encontrar el interruptor de apertura de la luz. La ducha te salia agua caliente y de golpe fria, con lo que no te daba tiempo a nada. Los vasos del desayuno para poner el zumo eran de plastico. La verdad es que para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas deja un poco que desear. Eine genaue Beschreibung von der Autobahnabfahrt an wäre hilfreich, da Routenplaner nur bis zum Ort Laterina führen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war eintönig und so wie am Abend beim Antipasti-Buffet wurde nicht immer darauf geachtet, dass auch später kommende Gäste eine angemessene Auswahl hatten. Das Restaurant Personal war überfordert, wenn eine größere Anzahl von Gästen gleichzeitig zu versorgen war. Die Rezeptionistinnen waren sehr hilfsbereit.
