Coach loads of Chinese tourists arriving every 2 hours for breakfast, lunch and afternoon stops. Hotel stinks of chinese food, bedrooms were awful, noisy, hot, we actually got bitten by bed bugs during our stay. Only positive is that it is easy to get in to Venice by bus as stop just around the corner. I don't recommend to stay at this hotel. There must be better options for around at the same price.
