100% of customers would book Hotel Villa Pinciana again
Excellent service, We had the top floor suite with a terrace on either side, it was absolutely beautiful. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Located a little out of the centre of Rome but coming back to our superb room was definitely worth the walk. Can't fault this beautiful boutique hotel.

Das Haus ist von innen und außen wunderschön restauriert. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr gut, gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, dennoch ruhige Lage. Ich war bereits im Oktober 2010 in diesem Haus und habe es deshalb auch wiedergewählt. Klimaanlage jetzt im Monat Juni war hervorragend. Die Hilfeleistung des Personals war insgesamt gut. Allerdings wurde eine e-mail, die ich vor Reisebeginn geschickt hatte, nicht beantwortet. Ebenso wurde eine defekte Kühlschranktür, die ich beanstandet hatte, während meines Aufenthaltes nicht repariert.

Der Frühstücksraum ist sehr klein. Je nachdem, zu welcher Zeit man kommt, muss man auf einen freien Tisch warten.

Das Hotel liegt als Einzelvilla in einer sehr guten Umgebung. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll restauriert und hat trotz der guten Anbindung an den Busverkehr in die Stadt eine für Rom äußerst ruhige Lage. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und behilflich bei persönlichen Fragen und Wünschen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist der relativ kleine Frühstücksraum, sodass es mitunter zu kurzen Wartezeiten auf einen freien Tisch kommt. Ich würde dieses Hotel bei einem möglichen nächsten Romaufenthalt sofort wieder buchen.
