Hôtel bruyant: le bar de l’hôtel dont la partie extérieure fonctionne jusqu'au petit matin est situé juste en dessous des chambres et le bruit s'entend même avec des fenêtres acoustiques! Le petit déjeuner mauvais, confitures périmées et le buffet très pauvre est envahi de petites mouches. Impossible de louer la chambre sans le petit déjeuner! On oblige les clients à manger là.

frigo situé à côté de la tête de lit = bruit, en général: qualité/ prix= inadéquat,

trop cher pour ce que c'est.

The hotel is in a beautiful location...right at the heart of the village. The bar downstairs has a lovely outside seating area which is ideal for "people-watching" and sipping cool refreshing cocktails..I especially recommend the Mojito!

Hotel Zorza is an excellent hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Riomaggiore.

The room was clean, and recently renovated and requires a little more warmth and more proper integration of furniture.

Food at the restaurant next door was excellent and so was the service by a very nice young couple.

Great place, good service.

I would recommend it!

In view of the price, the breakfast was very poor.

The position of this hotel is central to the delightful village of Riomaggiore - and is ideal for exploring the Cinque Terre generally. Very Short walk to train, shops, cliff walks and great restaurants. Also enjoyed the complimentary cocktail included on arrival, great view up the main street from our balcony and the hearty breakfast in the restaurant every morning. The young guy in there was great fun, spoke good English and was very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay. (Beware having to lug your cases up a few flights of stairs though has no lift).

I was happy that the hotel was not up or down any steep hills.

Les chambres sont très confortable cependant deux reproches sont à faire :

- Mauvaise télévision trop petite pour une chambre à ce prix là.

- Les escaliers qui montent aux chambres sont trop raide et le couloir est lugubre vraiment vetuste.

Laute Innenstadtlage (morgens tägliche Müllabfuhr, abends/nachts laute Touristen), Zimmer relativ klein mit wenig Ablage-/Aufhängemöglichkeiten. Freundlicher Empfang, unfreundliches/ignorantes Frühstückspersonal.

Zwei Teilabschnitte des via dell´ amore leider gesperrt (seit Monaten); Lifte in der Stadt ohne Funktion; Busverbindungen an einem Tag komplett ausgesetzt

Nous aurions apprecié savoir comment nous rendre. Il fallait laisser l'auto au stationnement municipal (+46€) et trouver l'hôtel...

Internet wi-fi dans les chambres serait bien...

Sinon c'etait parfait!

Une partie de l'hôtel était en travaux lors de notre séjour, aussi nous prenions nos petits déjeuners plus haut dans la ville. Nous ne pouvons faire de commentaires plus précis. Néanmoins nous avons passé un séjour très agréable, malheureusement trop court. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce charmant village.
