Una miglior accoglienza all'arrivo non guasterebbe. Poca assistenza nei servizi Spa, spogliatoi e bagni indegni nella Spa. Non era possibile avere un armadietto con una serratura nella Spa, all'uscita una cliente ha detto di aver subito il furto delle scarpe.

Buona struttura, personale al bar da ricercare, una critica da fare:
volevo invitare un amico che era venuto a trovarmi per un paio d'ore e chiedendo al ricevimento di poter invitare un ospite per andare in piscina ed eventualmente cenare, ovvio pagando extra, mi sono sentito richiedere 25 euro per portare un amico in piscina per un paio d'ore dalle 15 alle 17. Ecco viaggiando spesso ad Abano o Montegrotto, nelle altre strutture non mi era mai stato richiesto un supplemento per portare un amico in piscina per un paio d'ore di pomeriggio. E' stata secondo me una richiesta inappropriata visto che soggiornavo li è ovvio che non portavo una comitiva.

Staff at the bar in the swimming pool was bad. Service was very slow and the tables were not clean. In my opinion, staff at the bar in the swimming pool should be much more professional. All the rest was very good, I have been many years in this hotel and I always enjoyed my stay. This year was only in the swimming pool my disappoint.

Auf den ersten Blick sind die Zimmer sauber! Das Hotel ist neu renoviert. Da mein Mann Fliesenleger ist, haben wir sofort festgestellt, dass vor allem die Wandfliesen nach dem Verlegen überhaupt keine Grundreinigung bekamen.
Auf der Internetseite haben wir nicht gelesen, dass man für die Benutzung des Nassbereiches pro Person 40,00 € zahlen muss.
Ansonsten war alles TOP. Wir hatten einige Anwendungen im Wellnessbereich.
Hier arbeitet sehr gutes Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.
Für die kurze Zeit haben wir uns sehr gut erholt.

L'ambiente comune del reparto Wellness era troppo freddo ( t°) e rumoroso ( si parla troppo e a voce alta) il relax è poco supportato.
le regole per l'accesso alle cabine saune non è coerente agli standard di altri Wellness point.
i trattamenti illustrati nella brochure disponibile in camera non corrisponde completamente alla realtà ( prezzi e tempi).
