Deuxième expérience dans cet hôtel de très bonne qualité, seul le check- in reste le point faible. Accueil glacial dans les deux cas et très longue attente pour l'enregistrement.

Hotel molto confortevole e pulito, nel centro della città! A 2 minuti dalla stazione di Genova Brignole.

Las habitaciones muy bien, lo que no me ha gustado ha sido que solo una persona del recepción hablase castellano y la verdad no han sido agradables
Las chicas de la limpieza y las que estaban en servicio de desayunos eran muy simpaticas: un 10 para ellas.

Tutto in generale molto buono, ma i corridoi mi sembrano troppo oscuri. Sarebbe ottimo avere anche wifi gratuito nelle camere.

Tutto ok, il personale è disponibilissimo, l'hotel è in posizione strategica per la visita alla città. Con la famiglia ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Al prossimo viaggio a Genova soggiornerò nuovamente a Starhotels President.
