Nous étions dans l'annexe qui est spacieuse, mais il n'y avait pas de chauffage, et nous avons eu un peu froid pour la douche. Sinon notre séjour s'est très bien passé. Toutes les informations utiles sur la ville de Florence,les restaurants de qualité, le plan de la ville, et les moyens de transport sont données à l'arrivée. les entrées dans les musées nationaux peuvent être réservés sur place sur internet, pour éviter les files d'attente. Très belle villa par ailleurs dans un parc magnifique, loin de l'agitation des hauts lieux touristiques de Florence. Manque une TV aussi, repos mérité après les visites.... La categoria 4 stelle è in realtà un'esagerazione viste le condizioni in cui si trova l'hotel . La struttura sarebbe anche degna ma è totalmente lasciata a se stessa , ad esempio il viale di accesso è poco illuminato e non è pavimentato , sulla strada non c'è nessuna insegna che indichi l'hotel , le stanze non vengono pulite a dovere .
