The Conference Centre of the Grand Hotel Baglioni, which is located on the ground floor and in part on the first floor of the palace, is composed of 9 elegant and modular rooms that are ideal for any type of event from small intimate business luncheons to conferences of 200 people as well as seminars and educational courses.

The rooms, which are distinguished for their period furnishings and ceilings with stucco and frescoes, are equipped with modern technology for realising successful meetings.

The hotel is available to organize Coffee Breaks, Cocktail events, business luncheons and receptions for up to 400 persons.

From Rome:
Take the Sole A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Sud. Travel in the direction of “Centro,” and upon arriving at the traffic signal at the end of Lungarno del Tempio, take a right and head towards Piazza Beccaria. Successively, travel along Viale Antonio Gramsci and Viale Giacomo Matteotti until arriving at the Piazza della Libertà. Merge onto Via Lorenzo il Magnifico and at the first traffic signal take a left on Via Poliziano. Continue along Via Santa Caterina until arriving at the Station, passing Piazza Indipendenza. Continue for approximately 2 minutes until arriving at the Piazza Unità d'Italia, where the Grand Hotel Baglioni is located.

From Milan:
Take the Sole A1 motorway and exit at Firenze Nord. Travel in the direction of “Centro” and upon arriving at the end of Viale Francesco Redi; take a right and then a left to merge onto Via Guido Monaco. Travel along the entire street and then take a left on Via Fratelli Rosselli. After the underpass of the railway, follow the Viali di Circonvallazione by coasting along the Fortezza da Basso. Continue on Viale Lavagnini and at the first traffic signal take a right on Via Santa Caterina until arriving at the Station, passing Piazza Indipendenza. Travel for approximately 2 minutes until arriving at Piazza Unità d'Italia, where the Grand Hotel Baglioni is located.

By train

The Grand Hotel Baglioni is located in Piazza dell'Unità d'Italia, approximately 300 metres from the Santa Maria Novella railway Station. The hotel can also be reached by means of the underpass located within the station that leads directly to the Piazza.

By air

From the "Amerigo Vespucci" airport of Florence, there is the direct "Vola in bus" service which arrives to the Santa Maria Novella Station in approximately 20 minutes.
