The Villa Giovanna Residence is situated in the historic centre of Somma Lombardo, in an area with many shops, pubs, cinemas and shopping centres, 200 metres from the train station and conveniently located near the Fiera Polo exhibition centre in Rho and Milano Malpensa International Airport (which has excellent transport connections to the centre of Milan).

The Residence has a special arrangement with the Safari Park in Varallo Pombia which offers free tickets for children from 5 to 13 years old. The residence also organises pleasant excursions to Lake Maggiore which is only 10km away and is also only a few 100 metres from the Ticino park which offers a wide range of activities for those who love hiking and horse riding.

There is a convenient private car park under 24 hour surveillance (20 parking spaces and 20 garages).

Guests are informed that check-in and check-out and the restaurant service (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are available at the Tre Leoni Hotel & Restaurant which is situated at number 10, Viale Maspero, Somma Lombardo.

Description of Bar/Restaurant Facilities

Guests are invited to enjoy their meals at the traditional Tuscan Restaurant and Pizzeria which is open til late, situated in the Tre Leoni Hotel's main building, only 500 metres from the apartments.
The restaurant also has a 24 hour bar which serves quality beers and has an excellent wine cellar.

A traditional Italian breakfast is served from 4:00 to 5:30 followed by a buffet breakfast until 10:00.
