Ai Pini Park Hotel is an exclusive residence located in Mestre, surrounded by peaceful parkland, in a strategic position within easy reach of Venice and other beautiful cities such as Padua, Treviso, Vicenza, Verona. It also has excellent connections with the lagoon city, thanks to the public transit stop located across from the park of the hotel.

Recently renovated, Ai Pini Park Hotel offers refined and elegant surroundings are enhanced by beautiful floors in white and yellow marble from Verona and sun-yellow Venetian stuccoes on the walls.
Ideal for a holiday or a business trip, this hotel has 48 guest rooms, a breakfast room, a restaurant, a conference centre and a large, private, open-air car park that can accommodate buses. Guests also have the option of using bicycles free of charge subject to a security deposit.

Upon request, guests can make use of a transportation service available for a fee to the lagoon city and to the airport.

Guests who intend to reach the hotel with their own vehicles and who have a GPS navigator are advised to enter "Venezia" in the navigator and then follow the directions to the hotel.

Room Description

The hotel has 48 elegantly furnished rooms decorated with matching appliqué drapes and bedcovers, Murano glass wall lights and parquet flooring or carpets.

The Standard double rooms are small but comfortable, and are non-smoking. They are equipped with a minibar, satellite colour television, internet access, Pay TV, and an en suite bathroom with a shower.

The Junior Suites have a writing desk and a table, while the Suites have two separate areas: a bedroom and a living room/study.
There are numerous facilities to meet any needs our guests may have, including air conditioning, a safety deposit box, a satellite colour TV and Pay TV, Web TV (for Internet navigation on the TV) and music on demand.
The Suites have a bathroom with a whirlpool bath, while the Junior Suites have a bathtub or an extra large shower stall.

Description of Bar/Restaurant Facilities

The restaurant, set on the ground floor, offers a beautiful view of the park and serves fine international cuisine and delicious Venetian specialities made from authentic ingredients such as vegetables, fish and meat purchased fresh every day.

An extensive continental buffet breakfast is served each morning from 06:50 to 10:00 with numerous dishes and delicious homemade confectionery.

Description of Conference and Meeting Facilities

The hotel has 6 conference and meeting rooms with modern technical equipment and systems, accommodating up to 240 people.
The rooms are all modular, have good natural lighting and can be set up in various ways (horseshoe-style, theatre-style, with a boardroom table or as a show room) according to clients’ needs.

Facilities available for participants include: audio-visual systems, an overhead projector, a video projector, a Wi-Fi ADSL Internet connection, videoconference area and systems with an ISDN or ADSL connection. Simultaneous interpretation and video recordings of the event are also available on request.
Coffee breaks and buffets can be organised in the same rooms or in the gardens.
The restaurant is available for business breakfasts or lunches.

By car

A4 “Trieste – Venezia” motorway, “Mestre – Venezia” exit; take the orbital road, leaving at the “Mestre - Via Miranese” exit. Follow the signs for Mestre - Via Miranese at the roundabout, then turn right at the traffic light towards Mirano; you will find the hotel after 50 metres on the right.

By train

The hotel is about 800 metres away from Mestre train station. Take the number 7 bus from Via Cappuccina that goes to Mirano, and get off at the first stop after the flyover in Via Miranese. Alternatively, take the number 11 bus from the station to the stop in Via Calucci, just 100 metres from the hotel.

By air

From Venice "Marco Polo" airport take the number 15 bus to Venice – Mestre train station, and from there take the number 7 bus to the first stop after the flyover in Via Miranese.

If you hire a car, turn right out of the airport and then left at the traffic light. Take the “Tangenziale” orbital road towards Mestre – Venice, leaving at the “Via Miranese” exit. Follow the signs for Mestre - Via Miranese at the roundabout, then turn right at the traffic light towards Mirano; you will find the hotel after 50 metres on the right.

The journey from the airport takes about 15 minutes, which costs about € 25.00 by taxi.
