Venezia è raggiungibile attraverso i collegamenti autostradali della A4 da Trieste e da Torino, della A27 da Belluno, della A13 da Bologna.
L'auto può essere lasciata presso i parcheggi di Piazzale Roma o del Tronchetto.
Da Piazzale Roma e dal Tronchetto è possibile proseguire con il vaporetto ACTV linea 2 attraverso il Canal Grande fino alla fermata San Zaccaria (tempo di percorrenza 35/40 minuti).
Giunti all'approdo di San Zaccaria percorrere la Calle delle Rasse fino alla fine, svoltare a sinistra, svoltare subito a destra, proseguire dritti verso la Chiesa di San Giovanni Novo, svoltare a destra e imboccare la Fondamenta del Remedio, passare il Campiello del Museo Querini Stampalia fino ad arrivare in Campo Santa Maria Formosa. Attraversare il ponte che conduce in Ruga Giuffa e svoltare subito a sinistra.
