Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00 and includes exquisite Genovese focaccia hot from the oven, classic brioches or biscuits and also fruit juices, ham, cheese, salami, fresh fruit, corn flakes, jam, Nutella, honey, coffee, tea and hot chocolate.
The Puntabella restaurant has a cozy dining room that can comfortably accommodate 80 people and a magnificent panoramic veranda that can accommodate 200 people, ideal for receptions and banquets as well as more intimate and private occasions.
The restaurant offers excellent fresh fish dishes, such as soups, grilled fish, mixed fried fish, marinated anchovies, salt crusted and roasted bass and prawns from Santa Margherita Ligure.
The regional dishes include homemade pesto pasta, Portofino style lasagna, traditional stuffed vegetables, Genovese style stockfish, and the excellent porcini mushrooms from Sassello (only available in season).
Meat lovers will certainly not be disappointed: In addition to an excellent ragout with fresh pasta, guests can also enjoy the mixed grilled meat from the Langhe area.
Some of the fine wines available include Pigato, Vermentino and Lumassina; the pizzeria offers 25 different types of pizza.
As of this year, the restaurant has a new dining room with a projection screen, karaoke for entertainment dinners, an outdoor patio for smokers, a new wood-fired oven for the pizzeria and open barbecues.
