Residenza La Moretina, Almazzago

The La Moretina Residence is a new building constructed in traditional mountain style, situated in Commezzadura in the centre of the Val di Sole. The ideal choice for a holiday dedicated to nature and well being, the residence offers a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere in comfortable apartments.

La Moretina is situated only 300 metres from the Daolasa - Val Mastellina cable car which delivers passengers to the pistes of Folgarida, Marilleva and Madonna di Campiglio in only 12 minutes. Those who love sport and physical activity can also take part in excursions, walks, cycle rides or river sports on the Noce torrent including rafting and canoeing. There is also a children's park near the residence.

The wide range of services on offer includes a reception which is open 12 hours a day, a welcoming bar featuring large windows so guests can take in the splendid views over the mountains, a reading corner, a TV lounge, a large terrace and a garden solarium.

La Moretina residence offers 11 welcoming, functional apartments, all of which have a balcony with a splendid view. The apartments are decorated in wood and have either 1 or 2 bedrooms, a lounge area, a telephone, a safe, a kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge.

The 1 bedroom apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge, a double bedroom, a lounge area with a double sofabed, a plasma screen colour television, a safe, Internet connection, telephone and an en suite bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.

The 2 bedroom apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a fridge, 2 bedrooms, a plasma screen colour television, Internet connection, telephone, safe and 2 bathrooms with a shower and a hairdryer.

Guests are kindly asked to note that the bed linen, utilities, use of the garage (capable of holding one car per apartment) and daily cleaning of the apartments are included in the price.
