Bad und Zimmer wurden nicht gereinigt. Der Handtuchtrockner im Bad war sehr schmutzig - wochenlang nicht gründlich gereinigt.
Zum Frühstück gab es nur Konfitüre, kein Käse , kein Schinken ,keine Eier - sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig !
"Car Venise est si belle qu'une chaîne sur elle semble un collier jeté sur la Beauté." et le commerce avec les Vénitiens est empreint de la meilleure urbanité, un séjour dont on se souvient.
We have stayed at the Albergo Marin on several occasions, and will do so again. Although it is in a somewhat nondescript backstreet in Venice it is very conveniently situated for the station and vaporetto stops and there are several good restaurants within easy walking distance. The staff are helpful and friendly and by Italian standards the breakfast is very nice. All in all it is very good value for money as in our experience Venice tends to be quite expensive. We plan to go back in 2012.
