I belong to a group of 29 pc colleagues from Sweden. We stayed at the hotel from18th to 20th August. We were all very pleased with our whole trip to Bergamo. Good service and the location of hotel fantastic. Many of us will definitely come back again. I have recommended Bergamo and the hotel to many friends!

The dressing table area needed to be re varnished which gave the room a drab look. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, only shower gel which I found surprising.
Special thanks to the staff members in the terrace restaurant 1st floor on the evening of the arrival (May 25) as well as breakfast staff on Thursday.

Hemos estado muy a gusto en este hotel, tanto con la habitación como con todo el personal que nos ha atendido. La única pega es que estaban de obras y no nos lo avisaron, menos mal que coincidió con días de fiesta excepto el último día que empezaron a dar golpes a las 8 de la mañana.
Die Zimmerausstattung ist ein wenig altmodisch, halt typisch italienisch.
Ansonsten waren wir mit dem Service und dem Personal sehr zufrieden.
Auch die Nähe zur Altstadt ist uns sehr entgegengekommen, da wir diese ja besichtigen wollten.
Wenige Meter vor dem Hotel gibt es eine gut besuchte Terrassenbar, wo sich die angesagten Leute (den schön teuren Autos nach zu beurteilen) treffen.
