We stayed the night the heavy rains fell and washed out the railway lines to Cinque Terre. The staff were overwhelmed with patrons looking for rooms, but were friendly and accommodating to us. Thank you!
Nous avions initialement loué une chambre standard, mais notre soit disant chambre d'une qualité supérieure (payant un surcoût) était située directement sous la salle à manger, de sorte qu'à tous les matins, le bruit provoqué par le déplacement des chaises sur le parquet en marbre provoquait un bruit insoutenable dès l'ouverture de la salle à manger. Pas très génial pour prolonger le sommeil jusqu'à 8h.
The hotel is situated close to the railway station. We arrived by train at 9pm so it was great to be able to walk from the railway station to the hotel very quickly. It is a good location to catch the local trains, an easy walk to restaurants, ferries and buses.
