This hotel does not deserve its 3 star rating. In my opinion the hotel is a 2 star rather than a 3 star. The staff is wonderful and the service is excellent. We were treated very well and we enjoyed our two night stay because of the wonderful people. The room we were assigned looked nothing like the photographs. The bed was marginally comfortable, the furnishings barely adequate. There was marginal TV service and the TV was old and of very poor quality. This hotel does not live up to its own promotion. The only good thing was that the room was very clean and we were happy about that.
Prevoir pour les petits déjeuners de mettre à disposition de l'eau chaude pour le thé afin que le client se serve directement. Le café étant un autre problème. La personne au petit déjeuner ne peut pas faire face à tout, cela éviterai sans frais une attente inutile.
Lo staff è gentile e disponibile. La pulizia delle camere è buona e la colazione discreta. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo ritengo che sia buono. Consiglio la scelta di questo hotel anche per l'ottimale vicinanza della struttura alla stazione ferroviaria. La posizione dell'hotel permette inoltre di raggiungere velocemente le bellezze artistiche del centro. Nelle vicinanze c'è una lavanderia a gettoni niente male.
Nous avions réservé une chambre pour 4 personnes et à notre arrivée il n"y avait plus de chambre de ce style disponible. Nous avons donc eu accès à 2 chambres de 2 personnes ce qui, avec de jeunes enfant , n'est pas l’idéal.
