Très belle vue sur le golfe, bien situé pour les voyageurs en auto. L'appartement doit être très agréable en été. Mais accueil moyen si l'on ne comprend pas l'italien. Les propriétaires n'étaient pas d'une grande aide pour répondre aux renseignements. (linge de toilette n’était pas changé et le ménage n’était pas fait)
Un peu froid pour la saison (le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas). Mais, l'appartement était superbe avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. Endroit situé en montagne, calme et sécuritaire.
Le prix était très correcte vu que nous avons eu 60% réduction,sinon nous n'aurions pas pu nous permettre le tarif normal.
Nous avons eu un séjour très agréable,très belle région.
The only negative was that because it was an apartment there was not any soap or shampoo in the room. This is not too uncommon we found out but because this was our first night in Italy, we did not have any.
The view over La Spezia and the bay were wonderful. Hosts were very helpful and even took us in their car to a nearby restaurant as it was a long way back down into town. It would be helpful to have your own transport to stay here as taxi was the only feasible way to get up the hill. We enjoyed having a swim each night after 2 very hot days exploring. No restaurant or breakfast provided but we knew that when we booked.
La Corte di Maggiano ist kein Hotel.Wir hatten eine von drei Ferienwohnungen in einer tollen Lage. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Ausser Geschirr, Handtücher und gemachten Betten war jedoch wenig vorhanden. Wir mussten somit ersteinmal einiges einkaufen wie z.B. Geschirrmittel, Lappen u.m.
Dopo che ho trovato l'hotel, ho dovuto chiedere informazioni a dei vicini per farmi ricevere, perché nessuno mi apriva. Dopo questo equivoco tutto è andato molto bene.
Very beautiful location, and would stay there again. However next time with a car, as the buses are infrequent and none at all in the evenings. Very friendly family/hosts, a pity that we couldnt speak Italian.
