Muy bien las instalaciones del hotel, el desayuno bien servido. Desafortunadamente la persona que estaba en la recepcion el dia de llegada tuvo una pesima actitud de servicio a diferencia del Sr y la Sra que nos atendieron el dia del check-out.
Gracias a ellos tuvimos una buena experiencia en el hotel.
Le luci che si spengono da sole in bagno non sono il massimo, non c'era il servizio navetta per collegamento al ristorante (che peraltro era chiuso) e in camera faceva un po' freddino.
Per i collegamenti con la città ho usato quello che che già conoscevo. Comunque essendo l'hotel vicino alla stazione e da li partivano tutti i mezzi pubblici per il centro non ho trovato difficoltà.
I booked two rooms. On arriving was offered one good room and one not so good. Staff did not want to help much to begin with but after some pressure were offered a disabled room which although more spacious than the previous room was not really the best. We had been travelling through other parts of Italy and had two suitcases with us and the first room offered had no room to store these cases or to layout.
