Ordered a triple-room, but got a double-room with a spare-bed of low quality, even broken the first night and did not get a new one until next day. Our 18 year old daughter had to sleep on the floor but we did not even get any reduction of the price for that night. Lampshades and carpets were very dirty. Nowhere to hang up bath towels (broken). But the bathroom was clean and the breakfasts were good.
