La nostra camera era al terzo piano e dalla finestra si poteva godere di un meraviglioso panorama di Siena. Hotel buono, personale meraviglioso specialmente il signore con più "primavere alle spalle", qualche problema con il frigobar per richiuderlo ma subito risolto dal tecnico. Colazione abbondante e varia, cornetti freschi, yogurt, cereali, formaggio e prosciutto. A piedi si raggiunge facilmente il centro e se si esce di sera e si rientra tardi il percorso verso l'albergo è tranquillo. Nelle vicinanze c'è un bar e un ristorante. Unico neo riscontrato la lanetta di polvere sotto il letto. Nel complesso ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Die Situation beim Frühstück war sehr schlecht. Wir bestellten Kaffe und bekamen ihn nicht. Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht ansprechbar, weil sie das Buffet auffüllen mussten. Tische wurden nicht abgeräumt. Insgesamt sehr hektisch und ungemütlich. Das Personal war maßlos überfordert

Il personale di servizio è molto cortese. Un complimento particolare al signor Roberto della reception. La stanza era bellissima e molto spaziosa con un bellissimo terrazzo. Buona la colazione. La struttura è ben collegata alla città.
