Because of early leaving in the morning, no breakfast available. Even no coffee.
Had to pay extra to taxi driver to return to airport early in morning.
When counting all the costs: taxi 2x, cost hotel, no breakfast: it was not really value for money.

Il personale non è sufficiente in quanto se ci sono diversi ospiti allo stesso tempo ti fanno rimanere in attesa troppo tempo.
Ho riservato il trasporto per l'aeroporto e avevo lasciato detto alla responsabile in quel momento che sarei partita la mattina seguente. Tutto questo detto davanti all'autista con cui si presumeva un totale accordo. Il giorno dopo c'era un altro responsabile alla reception e non sapeva niente. Questo ha causato un disaggio particolarmente a noi ospiti in quanto avevamo la partenza dell'aereo presto. Comunque bisogna riconoscere gli errori piuttosto che difendersi.

I think hot breafast would make a greater benefit then pre-prepared food specially before taking a long flight. Also, there should be a way to feel more sefe at night, some noises at night were disturbing. Overall, was good: staff were very helpful, room was spacious and good value for money. One other thing, pillows need improving. Easy to get to the airport. Thanks!
