I titolari sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili.

Non fatevi ingannare dall'ingresso, buon hotel molto vicino alla stazione centrale di Napoli, ottimo per qualità e prezzo, personale disponibile e cordiale. Sicuramente ci ritornerò. E' ideale per brevi soggiorni una mx tre notti.

Ho soggiornato nell'hotel Zara e non mi sono sentita un'estranea dal primo momento. Sono stata bene con il personale, la stanza e i servizi.

Achtung, es gibt auch Zimmer OHNE Fenster, das ist nach meiner Ansicht nicht erträglich. Mir wurde so ein Zimmer zugewiesen, ich habe dann nach Anfrage ein anderes bekommen, zum Glück!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, l'albergo è semplice ma accogliente. Le camere sono pulite e ben attrezzate, il personale molto disponibile. Fortemente consigliato per la buona relazione qualità/prezzo. Il quartiere dove si trova l'hotel non è dei migliori però è centrale e vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria. Napoli è bellissima e vale la pena visitarla.

I bagni in stanza non sono granchè, mancavano gli asciugamani grandi e le ante per la doccia.

Accueil très gentil. Personnel très gentil et disponible, mais ne parlant pas français. Le quartier resssemble un peu à Barbès mais une fois dans l'hôtel on y est très bien. La proximité immédiate des gares (routières, trains de banlieue, métro...) est très pratique.

Je conseille l'endroit aux personnes à petit budget comme nous qui ne sont pas trop impressionnables ou attachés à une vue de l'hôtel.

I guess for a budget hotel you can't expect too much but at least the walls should be clean ( our room walls were so grimy) and you should not have to cringe when you use the bathroom- the walls of the shower were mill dewed and the floor was wet from a leaking faucet, and you could see the previous guests' hairs floating about!
